           and mission in a beautiful setting!
Why would I
want a
facilitated
spiritual day
retreat?           

Only you can really
answer that,  Most of
us would say
extended time with
the Lord is needful
and desirable, but
most people in life,
much less ministry,
ever take the time to
intentionally
cooperate with and
find refreshment with
God.

Also, when people
finally do take time,
they don't always
know what to do with
it!

Refresh is designed to
help you step aside to
reconnect with self,
God, and mission.
What does the
day look like?     

We'll start the day
together @ 9am in
worship to prepare
our hearts and minds
for the day. A general
theme or scripture(s)
will be presented ,
with some optional
questions and/or
spiritual exercises for
you to do on your
own. You'll have
personal time until
lunch.

We'll dine together,
and then when you
are not in your
coaching
appointment, you will
continue to have time
to wander, reflect,
pray, rest, read, etc.

We will end by 4pm
so that you still have
time to join your
family and friends for
dinner.
What happens
in the
one-on-one
spiritual
coaching
appointment?     

An experienced,
spiritual director will
help you process your
day and how you are
connecting with and
experiencing God.

Their job is to listen,
along with the Holy
Spirit, and see if there
might be some places
for you to pay
attention to in your
heart and life in order
to better cooperate
with God.

Do you have any scholarships available?

Refresh may, on a case by case basis, grant anyone in vocational ministry and/or full time students involved in ministry, a
scholarship or discount upon request. You must still reserve your space, however, by sending in a registration form and $25 to
secure your spot.
