To register,
  1. Please fill out and submit the form below - your registration is not complete
    and your space is not reserved until I receive both the payment and
    registration form.
  2. Don't forget to indicate method of payment - you have 2 choices:
    a) For PayPal/Credit Card - Click the Yellow PayPal "Pay Now" link
    to the right. You will be charged the full $57 non-refundable
    deposit. NOTE: You do not have to have a PayPal acct. to pay. On
    the PayPal page, look at the bottom left for the "continue" button.

    b) If you prefer to send a check, please download the registration
    form and mail at least a $25 non-refundable deposit (check made

  1. If you register online, you should get a PayPal confirmation of payment
    that will say "IseetheKing" at the top and then a return to a Refresh Retreat
    page. I'm new to all this so please email me if there's "kinks" in the "links"
