Paula Gamble loves Jesus...and music, international travel, wind (preferably warm)
blowing through her hair while she’s on a boat or driving with her sunroof open,
wearing shorts, putting her feet up, finding good hole-in-the-wall restaurants, and
having a nice glass of wine to complete the perfect meal.

In spring 2007 Paula joined with a Spiritual Formation m
inistry called Imago Christi
(part of Church Resource Ministries). Imago Christi is an international and cross-
cultural community of leaders, who demonstrate a commitment to deepening love for
God and personal transformation. She loves helping others attend to God's loving and
leading in their lives and creatively utilizes her music, writing and communication skills
to foster environments where people can abide more closely with God. Paula has
recently started
Refresh Spiritual day retreats around the Portland/Vancouver area.

She has spent the past 19 years gallivanting around the world as a missions consultant
specializing in interpersonal, intercultural and team relationships, international
worship leading and Bible teaching while living both in the U.S. and abroad. She has
held various leadership positions at many different levels, working in a variety of
different team environments.

Currently, you might find Paula in her home recording studio, serving as a
freelance
editor or writer, sitting across the table while discipling and spiritually coaching
women, walking in the woods, gardening, creating
mosaics or on a golf range giving
lessons. Yes - she believes that "variety is the spice of life" (and/or has artistic A.D.D. and
a strict "no 9 to 5" job policy).

In 1998 Paula released her first CD,
All That I Am - with an accompanying devotional of
the same title. On July 23, 2007 she released her second CD,
Follow the Way of Love, which
contains eleven songs and original arrangements of a few favorite hymns like I'll fly
away and the Doxology. Her song, Amen was included on a compilation CD, “High
Priority” put out by ViRay Publishing in 1993 and several other worship songs are
enjoyed by congregations around the world.

Paula has led worship and/or spoken at over 50 collegiate retreats and conferences, over
thirty women’s retreats and events, and has guest led at several church events and
services. She has worked with award winning author/speakers
Robin Jones Gunn, Jan
Meyers (
Allure of Hope & Listening to Love) and Dr. Myra Perrine (What's Your God
Language?
). She enjoys leading seminars on worship leading and has mentored, trained
and consulted worship leaders and their teams around the world. Paula also has
experience in both life coaching and spiritual direction with both individuals and
groups. She is available to help you connect closer to the heart of God on your own
sojourn.

Though she prefers leading on guitar, Paula is versatile playing piano, bass, mandolin
and various percussion instruments, including a mean "chicken shake."

Aside from music and missions, Paula loves her two cats, Eddie and Jack, and she loves
living in the Great Northwest. Paula was an Academic All American, a Pac-10 All-Star
and Seattle City Amateur Champion in golf during her years in college. She can still
whack a golf ball 240 yards off the tee and loves to give lessons!
