Paula's speaking/worship leading fees:
The standard speaker fee for one-day only special events is $75-100 per talk.
The fee for a full-weekend retreat is $350 for groups up to 50.
Compensation for large groups should be proportionate to the overall increase in size. ($1-$2 per person per day (e.g. $350 for 50 +
20 x $2 x 3 days = $120 for a total of $470).
A consideration for the cost of gas is adequate for travel reimbursement for any speaking engagement. (IRS rates = 48 cents/mile;
$25 day food if not included in retreat)
Paula travels with a prayer intercessor/musician and the cost of her meals and lodging is normally picked up by the event hosts.
Paula wants to make herself available, so these suggested fees are negotiable for smaller groups and for groups with extenuating
circumstances.
