Paula's speaking/worship leading fees:
The standard speaker fee for one-day only special events is $75-100 per talk.
The fee for a full-weekend retreat is $400 for groups up to 30. $500 if Paula speaks and leads worship.
Compensation for larger groups should be proportionate to the overall increase in size. ($1-$2 per person
per day (e.g. $400/$500 for 30 + 20 x $2 x 3 days = $120 for a total of $520/$620).
A consideration for the cost of gas is adequate for travel reimbursement for any speaking engagement.
(IRS rates = 55 cents/mile; $25 day food if not included in retreat)
Paula travels with a prayer intercessor/musician and the cost of her meals and lodging is normally
picked up by the event hosts.
Paula wants to make herself available, so these suggested fees are negotiable for smaller groups and for
groups with extenuating circumstances.

A suggested donation of your hourly wage is requested, but not required.

A suggested donation of $250 is requested to do the 24 weeks of "listening" through the Ignatian
Exercises using James Wakefield's Sacred Listening.
